I'm Marlene, and I help people break free from diet struggles, transform their mindset, embrace real food, and create a life that feels good forever!

I know what it’s like to feel stuck in the diet cycle, hopeful one moment, defeated the next. For years, I struggled with my weight, chasing quick fixes, and trying every program out there. Success felt temporary, and I was constantly starting over.

Everything changed when I began to shift my mindset, embrace the power of whole, nutrient-dense foods, and tackle the habits that held me back. I’ve lost more than 80 pounds and am living proof that transformation is possible for anyone willing to start.

I’m certified by the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) in Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching, Transformation, Brain Fitness, and Strength and Conditioning. I’m also a Certified Dolce Diet Coach, adding proven strategies in nutrition to my coaching toolkit. With my personal journey and expertise combined, my passion is helping others overcome diet frustrations, transform their perspective, and create a life they love waking up to every day!

The biggest issue I have had was not sticking to eating a healthy lifestyle. I would go back and forth with different meal plans and I never found one that worked. When I began working with Marlene, I realized that the plans i was choosing weren’t the issue, but that my first step was all wrong. My first step was to focus on my mental health and making sure I was in the right mind frame. I was surprised at how much of a difference it made. In the past I thought that eating better would get me out of the depression I was dealing with, when in reality, I needed to shift my mind too.
